No. Departments are responsible for entering summer reader (and/or tutor) jobs charging the expense to an appropriate department account with a 20293 fund number. (For online courses, please consult with Summer Sessions staff for the appropriate fund number.) At the end of summer, departments are asked to submit a request for reimbursement to Summer Sessions for all approved reader/tutor costs.
Note: The budgets for reader and tutors were requested and approved at the time department staff entered all summer course and instructor information into the CMPortal during fall quarter.
