Which Job Code to Use:

Active Senate Faculty

Please use their current job code on their underlying position

Visiting Faculty

Use appropriate "Visiting" 1/9th job code from the UCSB Salary Scales located on the Academic Personnel website (http://ap.ucsb.edu)

Lecturers (Non-senate)

Use 1550 regardless of job code used during the academic year. Appointment of pre-6 Lecturers is tentative until recruitment status has been determined.

Associates
